Biden Mourns Babies Killed By Guns, But Not Abortion

JOE BIDEN CONSIDERS THE LIVES OF BABIES KILLED BY ABORTIONISTS LESS WORTHY OF GRIEF THAN THOSE KILLED BY A CRAZED GUNMAN.

JOE BIDEN CONSIDERS THE LIVES OF BABIES KILLED BY ABORTIONISTS LESS WORTHY OF GRIEF THAN THOSE KILLED BY A CRAZED GUNMAN.

Joe Biden’s heart bleeds for defenseless babies. The Vice President told us so last month, while advocating a ban on assault weapons.

“Think about Newtown,” said Biden, and “those 20 beautiful babies” that were shot and killed by Adam Lanza. “Think about how many of these children…may be alive today,” he said, if only the baby-killer hadn’t possessed a Bushmaster.

Well, I might think the Veep’s lamentations for Newtown’s tender-aged victims genuine if I heard him express similar grief for other beautiful babies that have been so remorselessly killed.

Like those killed at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Biden’s home state of Delaware, under conditions so horrifying – even for an abortion clinic – that two former nurses decided this week to blow the whistle.

Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich and Joyce Vasikonis attested that the clinic, located in Wilmington, operated what they call a meat-market style of assembly-line abortions. In a rush to get expectant mothers in and out as quickly as possible, the nurses said, the clinic left operating tables a bloody mess.

“It’s not washed down,” said Werbrich. “It’s not even cleaned off. It has bloody drainage on it.”

The Planned Parenthood abortion doctors “were using instruments on patients,” said Vasikonis, “that were not sterile.”

Frankly, I don’t find that surprising. If a physician feels perfectly sanguine about violating his or her Hippocratic oath to “do no harm” by taking the life of a pre-born baby, why would they care if they commit their infanticide in unsanitary conditions?

So what if the expectant mother dies along with her aborted baby?

That’s the kind of Godless thinking that informed the mindset of the Planned Parenthood abortionists. They are baby killers. And they are no less reprehensible than Lanza, and probably even more so.

Indeed, the crazed Newtown shooter took the lives of 20 children. Meanwhile, the Planned Parenthood abortion doctors, who are considered perfectly sane, take the lives of at least 20 babies every day but Sunday.

So why hasn’t Joe Biden expressed outrage over the babies killed in his very own home state? Why hasn’t he issued a call for abortion control (like he has for gun control)?

Because the veep is a duplicitous politician. And he has sold his soul to the abortion industry.

Black Christians Silent on Philly Abortion Atrocities

THE LORD WILL HOLD GOSNELL AND MOTON ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR SLAUGHTER OF INNOCENTS.

THE LORD WILL SURELY HOLD GOSNELL AND MOTON ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR SLAUGHTER OF INNOCENTS.

Adrienne Moton wept this week as she recounted her role in the mass murder of at least 10 pre-born babies.

The West Philadelphia medical assistant testified during the capital murder trial of Dr. Kermit Gosnell, owner of an abortion clinic in the supposed “City of Brotherly Love.”

Moton told a jury that she snipped the spines of at least 10 babies, a heinous procedure even by abortion standards. She said she was ordered to do so by Gosnell, the abortion-rights equivalent of Josef Mengele.

She also recalled taking a cell phone snapshot of one of the baby murder victims left in her work area. She estimated that the pre-born was nearly 30 weeks old. She was certain he could have survived, given his size and pinkish color.

She remembered her boss, Gosnell, joking that the baby boy was so big, he could have walked to the bus stop.

Moton has pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, for which she will spend the next 20 to 40 years in prison. It stands to reason that, if Gosnell’s medical assistant has been sentenced to spend much of the rest of her life behind bars, the abortionist himself deserves nothing less than the death penalty.

What particularly outrages about Gosnell’s trial is that his defense lawyer dared to assert that the prosecution of his client, who is black, amounted to “a lynching”

Of course, in so saying, the lawyer ignored the fact that almost all of the babies slaughtered by Gosnell’s clinic were black.

That’s the dirty little secret about abortion that liberal black politicians (from President Obama to the 42-member Congressional Black Caucus to the thousands of state and local black elected officials throughout the country) fail to acknowledge: That pre-born black babies are disproportionate victims of abortion.

Indeed, while Michelle Obama took time last month to attend the funeral for Hadiyah Pendleton, the Chicago gun violence victim, while her husband a year ago this month mourned the death of Trayvon Martin (“If I had a son he’d look like Trayvon,” said the father-in-chief), neither has ever uttered a discouraging word about the hundreds of thousands of black pre-borns aborted each year.

And what of Rep. Chaka Fattah, the black lawmaker in whose congressional district Gosnell’s abortion clinic was located? He has been absolutely mute about the atrocities committed by Gosnell, Philly’s latter day “Angel of Death.”

Edmund Burke, the Irish statesman in whose honor a statue stands not far from the White House, is credited with the declaration, “All that is necessary evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”

The year by year massacre of black babies will continue apace until true Christ followers in the black community stand up for the unborn.

Richard Mourdock Was Right on Rape

THOSE THAT SUPPORT ABORTION IN THE CASE OF RAPE TELL REBECCA KIESSLING AND OTHERS LIKE HER THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED.

When I think about the sound and fury swirling around Richard Mourdock, the Indiana Republican vying for a U.S. Senate seat, my thoughts turn to Rebecca Kiessling.

In a debate this week with Democrat Rep. Joe Donnelly, Mourdock defended his opposition to abortion even in cases in which a pregnancy has resulted from rape. “I think,” said Mourdock, emotionally, “even when life begins in that horrible situation of rape, that is something God intended to happen.”

Rebecca, I suspect, would absolutely agree with Mourdock. Because the Michigan woman was conceived, she attests, “out of a brutal rape at knife point by a serial rapist.”

While God condemns the abominable act of rape, He has nothing but love for the innocent unborn child that, in rare cases, results from the act. And the life of that unborn child, conceived in violence, is no less precious to Him than the unborn child born in love.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, the adult pregnancy rate associated with rape is 4.2 percent. That adds up to roughly 31,000 rape-related pregnancies each year to women over the age of majority.

Abortion “rights” advocates insist that those pre-born babies should not be allowed to exist. And even some of those who are otherwise “pro-life” are willing to countenance abortion in cases of rape.

Indeed, I used to be one of them. But my mind was changed by Rebecca’s powerful testimony.

Her birthmother, she says, was referred by police to a rape counselor who told her that abortion was the best thing for her to do. So she went to two different abortionists thinking she would terminate her pregnancy.

Both times Rebecca’s birthmother had misgivings – I believe it was the Holy Spirit whispering in her ear – and, ultimately, she decided to have her baby.

And, today, 44-year-old Rebecca is a married mother of five children, a family law attorney, and a pro-life Christian.

Those that are bashing Mourdock, are telling Rebecca, and telling others like her that were conceived in rape, that they should have been killed in the womb; that their birthmothers made a mistake by allowing them to be born.

“All these people are out there who don’t even know me,” says Rebecca, “are standing in judgment of my life, so quick to dismiss it just because of how I was conceived.”

For much of her life, said, she felt she had to justify her existence; to prove “I shouldn’t have been aborted and that I was worthy of living.”

And there are thousands of women and men in this country who feel exactly the way Rebecca does. Some are products of rape. Some were conceived in incest.

Abortion “rights” advocates tell them that they didn’t deserve to live.

And those same abortion “rights” advocates are now crucifying Richard Mourdock for saying to those thousands of women and men that, while they may have been conceived under ungodly circumstances, they nevertheless had the God-given right to life.

Obama Our Most Anti-Life President, Monsignor Says

MONSIGNOR JIM LISANTE SAYS THAT ABORTION IS THE MORAL ISSUE OF OUR TIME.

I made a visit this past weekend to the University of California, Irvine to attend the Medjugorje Peace Conference, a gathering of very traditional, very conservative Catholics.

The standout speaker during the two-day conference was Monsignor Jim Lisante, pastor of Our Lady Of Lourdes Parish in Massapequa, New York, whose homilies are available on ITunes (free of charge), and who often appears on FOX News to speak on matters of faith.

The Monsignor offered the most scathing critique of President Obama’s social policies I’ve heard from any cleric in America – Catholic, Protestant, Jewish or other..

He began by recounting a conversation he once had with the late Cardinal Joseph Bernardin, who served as Archbishop of Chicago during the 1980s and 1990s, who first articulated the doctrine that there is a “seamless garment” of life.

The Cardinal told future Monsignor Lisante that life was the defining moral issue of the latter part of the 20th century. Much as slavery was the defining moral issue of the mid-19th century.

Obama is on the wrong side of the life issue, Monsignor Lisante told an audience at UC Irvine. And he admonished the 53 percent of Catholics who say they accept the Church’s teachings on the sanctity of life, on the abomination of abortion, who nonetheless voted for Obama in 2008.

The twisted thinking of Obama Catholics, he said, is that, while they disagree with Obama on the one issue – abortion – they agree with him on many more issues. Thus, they gave him their votes.

But there are, said Monsignor Lisante, “certain disqualifying issues” for candidates seeking public office.

If you agreed with a candidate on every issue but found out he was a child molester, you wouldn’t vote for him, he said. If you saw eye to eye with him on the all the issues but found out he beat his wife, you wouldn’t vote for him.

And so it is for those who truly believe in the sanctity of life; who agree that abortion is the moral issue of our time. It cannot be regarded as just another issue, no more or less important than, say, climate change or student aid or PBS subsidies. It’s a make or break issue, the Monsignor argued.

Obama, he said, is the most anti-life president in history. And the Democrat revealed just how much of an abortion extremist he is all the way back in 2003, when he was a member of the Illinois state legislature.

A measure came before the legislature – the “Born-Alive Infants Protection Act – that recognized as persons babies that survived attempted abortions; that required doctors to provide them care.

State Sen. Obama voted against the measure not once, not twice, but three times.

He felt absolutely no qualms about sending to their deaths even babies who, by the grace of God, were born alive. Obama voted three times for infanticide.

“We cannot be silent in the face of this evil,” said Monsignor Lisante.

Indeed, that applies not only to the Catholic faithful, but to all people of conscience.

Why Blacks Should Despise Planned Parenthood

NO OUTRAGE OVER THE ABORTION-RELATED DEATH OF OF TONYA REAVES.

The family of Chicago native Tonya Reaves received no condolences from President Obama. The Windy City’s black clergy held no prayer vigil in her memory. Its civil rights activists staged no protest at the site where the young black woman was killed last Friday.

That’s because Tonya’s death was not considered by Chi-Town’s black community to be a “hate” crime. Because the 24-year-old mother-to-be died at the hands of a Planned Parenthood abortion doctor.

The final day of Tonya’s life began with a visit to a Planned Parenthood “clinic” for a second-trimester abortion. An autopsy revealed that she bled to death after her unnamed doctor performed a “dilation and extraction” procedure on her.

The CEO of Planned Parenthood Illinois, Carole Bright, issued a statement saying that it’s too bad Tonya died at one of the organization’s “clinics,” but that “abortion services in the United States have a very high safety record.”

I’m sure that information is a comfort to the dead young woman’s grieving family.

The black community should be outraged. And not just because of Bright’s dubious apology.

But because the death of Tonya Reaves brings squarely into focus the mass extermination of blacks for which Planned Parenthood is responsible; the racist underpinnings of the organization founded by Margaret Sanger back in 1921.

Indeed, Wikipedia notes that Planned Parenthood’s founder “believed that lighter-skinned races were superior to darker-skinned races.”  It also notes that Sanger actually gave a 1926 lecture to the “women’s auxiliary of the Ku Klux Klan.”

In 1939, Sanger devised her so-called Negro Project, a surreptitious campaign to encourage birth control among the darker-skinned by recruiting black pastors, in particular, to promote the project.

Planned Parenthood’s founder outlined her strategy in a letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble, an heir to the Proctor & Gamble soap company fortune and staunch advocate of eugenics.

“We should hire three or four colored ministers,” she suggested, “preferably with social service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal.”

She went on, insidiously, “We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. And the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of the more rebellious members.”

That letter revealed the evil in Sanger’s heart. Yet, her latter day successors are even worse.

For while Sanger sought to limit the growth of the black population by means of preventing black women from getting pregnant, she was adamantly against abortion – even among the darker-skinned.

But the women who have headed Planned Parenthood since 1973, when Roe v. Wade legalized abortion on demand, have not had Sanger’s qualms about the slaughter of the unborn.

That’s why more than 17 million pre-born black babies have been aborted over the past four decades. That’s why nearly four of ten abortions are performed today on black women like poor young Tonya Reaves.

Abortionist Claims Inspiration From Martin Luther King

Can a serial killer be an authentic Christian? Willie Parker thinks he can. He’s a Washington, D.C. abortion doctor.

In a Q-and-A published by the Newark Star-Ledger this past Sunday, the Lord’s Day, Parker offered a decidedly twisted explanation of his conversion from a pro-life obstetrician to a pro-death abortionist.

“In listening to a sermon by Dr. Martin Luther King,” said Parker, “I came to a deeper understanding of my spirituality, which places a higher value on compassion.”

The abortion doctor remembers that King’s sermon was drawn from the parable of the Good Samaritan.

What he took away from the Baptist preacher’s message was that, “what made the Good Samaritan ‘good’ is that, instead of focusing on what would happen to him by stopping to help the traveler, he was more concerned about what would happen to the traveler if he didn’t stop.”

That revelation, said Parker, erased whatever qualms he had about stilling the beating hearts of the unborn. Today, he is willing to abort under any and every circumstance he can get away with under existing law.

Indeed, the Star-Ledger reported, “he’s one of those rare doctors who is willing to push the limits and provide abortions at 24 weeks of pregnancy. That places him among only 11 percent of all abortion provider who will do the procedure that late in the second trimester.”

Parker should be shunned by any God-fearing community, but particularly predominantly-black Washington, D.C. Because Parker, who is black, has taken more innocent black lives over the past decade than any D.C. gang banger or dope  dealer.

Yet, Parker calls himself a Christian; likens himself to the Good Samaritan.

Well, a rude awakening awaits him when he stands before the throne of judgment, when  the Lord declares, “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice iniquity.”

India Abortion Doctors Take Atrocities to Another Level

SOME 7,000 UNBORN BABY GIRLS ARE ABORTED EACH DAY IN INDIA.

I have a suggestion for Invisible Children, the group that has almost singlehandedly made the obscure Ugandan despot Joseph Kony famous so that he can be brought to justice:

How about a similar campaign to call international attention to the particularly heinous atrocities committed by abortion doctors in certain parts of India?

The Indian abortionists are not only killing unborn female babies, according to Dr. Varsha Despande, a representative of Lek Ladki Abhiyan, an Indian advocacy organization trying to stop the practice of “gendercide.”

Some also are feeding the aborted remains to dogs to cover up their crimes against humanity.

Nowhere is the practice more prevalent than in Beed, a town in the central Indian state of Maharashtra, where only 801 baby girls are born live for every 1,000 newborn boys,  prima facie evidence of female infanticide.

Despande said her organization conducted a sting operation in 2010 on the town’s most notorious abortionist, Dr. Sudam Munde, and he spoke openly about killing female fetuses and feeding them to his five dogs.

Police arrested him after the revelation, but he was rich and influential enough to escape justice for his atrocities.

Munde was arrested yet again last week following the death of a 28-year-old woman who was six-months pregnant, who came to him to abort the unborn daughter growing in her womb.

Despande fears the abortion doctor will escape justice yet again; that he will be free to abort more pre-born girls and feed them to his dogs.

And Munde is by no means the only abortionist guilty of such horiffic crime, said Despande. Other doctors in Beed keep dogs for the same purpose, she told India Today, a weekly news magazine.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra’s Public Health Ministry is doing absolutely nothing to stop the most gross violation of the Hyppocratic oath this side of Joseph Goebbels. “I have heard of the practice but have no evidence,” said Minister Suresh Shetty.

Wll, that’s probably because Shetty doesn’t want to find the evidence. Doesn’t have the mettle to bring a halt to the ungodly practices bring committed within his domain.

He’s just like all the morally-deficient cowards down through history who have failed to confront evil when it reared itself. Those whose inaction have allowed crimes against humanity to go unpunished.

From Planned Parenthood Flack to HHS Mouthpiece

HHS SECRETARY SEBELIUS HIRES ABORTION DEFENDER.

Imagine if the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights hired the former spokesman for the National Socialist Movement, the nation’s largest neo-Nazi organization, to be its deputy director for public affairs.

It would be the moral equivalent of the decision by the Obama administration’s Department of Health and Human Services to hire the former mouthpiece for Planned Parenthood, which aborts nearly 300,000 unborn children each year, to be its new Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs.

HHS waited until near the close of business yesterday to announce that Tait Sye, who spent four and a half years defending Planned Parenthood’s yearly slaughter of innocents, had joined its staff.

Sye will handle communications for three HHS agencies – the Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

But he is almost certain to wade into issues involving abortion and contraception, which he previously handled for Planned Parenthood, a 10-minute cab ride away from his new posting at HHS headquarters.

Interestingly, in its weekend eve announcement of Sye’s appointment, there’s nary a quote from HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius welcoming the new guy to her executive staff.

Maybe it’s because she’s a little concerned about that her appointment of a man complicit in the infanticide of more than 1.3 million innocents during his tenure at Planned Parenthood might blowback on HHS; might reflect badly upon her boss, the president.

Well, she’s mighty right about that.

Sye’s hiring deepens the enmity the pro-life community has with the Obama administration  – which believes the putative right to abortion-on-demand trumps the unalienable right to “Life” (along with “Liberty and  the pursuit of  Happiness”) the nation’s founders affirmed in the Declaration of Independence.

“Personnel is policy,” Charmaine Yoest, President of Americans United for Life, told Politico. “This is one more example of how intertwined the Obama administration is with the abortion industry and Planned Parenthood.”

That’s why the upcoming presidential election is so important. The only way to break up the unholy alliance of which Yoest spoke is a personnel change in the Oval Office.

‘Doonesbury’ Lampoons Pro-Lifers

GARRY TRUDEAU'S UNFUNNY STRIP WEIGHS IN ON ABORTION NEXT WEEK.

I was a 16-year-old high school student when I took Driver’s Education. At the conclusion of the course, my classmates and I were required to watch a rather disturbing film.

It showed graphic, true-to-life images of teen-agers killed in car wrecks. I can still see the gnarled young bodies; the bloody corpses.

The purpose of the film was not to cause me and my classmates to lose our lunches. It was to show us, in as real a way possible, the fatal consequences of unsafe driving for all-too-many teen-aged motorists.

I do not know if Garry Trudeau, creator of the “Doonesbury” comic strip, ever took Driver’s Ed; ever saw the graphic film depicting the dead young drivers. If he did, he never devoted a strip to the subject.

But he has decided to weigh in on abortion in his strips scheduled to appear next week.  More specifically, he skewers a Texas law requiring women to have an ultrasound before taking the lives of their unborn child. And he villifies pro-lifers who support the law.

The strips center on a character best described as Trudeau’s Everywoman. Jim Romenesko, who authors a blog about media, provided a preview.

In one, Everywoman arrives at a clinic for her pre-abortion ultrasound. She is told to take a seat in the “shaming room,” that a male lawmaker will be right with her.

In the following strip, the lawmaker asks Everywoman if it’s her first visit to the clinic. She says no, she’s been using the clinic’s contraceptive services for a while. “I see,” he responds, “Do your parents know you’re a slut?”

In another strip, Everywoman finally sees a doctor. He prepares to give her an “compulsory transvaginal exam,” to comply with the state law’s requirement that she be shown an image of her unborn child and hear her unborn’s heartbeat. “By the authority invested in me by the GOP base,” the doctor tells her, “I thee rape.”

Trudeau obviously thinks himself – and his strip – amusing. But a spokeswoman for Texas Gov. Rick Perry was right on when she said, “The decision to take a life is not funny.”

My high school considered the lives of its students so precious it required those of us who enrolled in Driver’s Ed to watch a film that aimed to shock us into safe driving.

The state of Texas is similarly concerned about the lives of the unborn.

It considers them so precious, it now requires expectant mothers to see and hear the humanity growing in their wombs; to fully understand that abortion takes a life just as surely as a fatal car wreck.

No Ethical Difference in Pre- or Post-Birth Abortion

ARTICLE BY BIO-ETHICISTS ARGUES FOR LEGALIZED ABORTION OF UNWANTED NEWBORNS.

I totally agree with Alberto Giubilini and Francesca Minerva, the two Australian bio-ethicists who assert, in an article published in the online edition of the Journal of Medicine, that a fetus and newborn are the same. And that, if a fetus can be aborted, a newborn can also be “terminated.”

Where I totally disagree with Giubilini and Minerva is that “after-birth abortion” should be lawful.

In their article, the bio-ethicists argue, “Merely being human is not itself a reason for ascribing someone a right to life.” They add, “Many humans are not considered subjects of a right to life: spare embryos where research on embryo stem cells is permitted, fetuses where abortion is permitted, criminals where capital punishment is permitted.”

They have a point there. We live in a society where the harvesting of stem cells for research is considered perfectly acceptable. Where abortion-on-demand is considered a fundamental right, though it appears nowhere in the U.S. Constitution.

And while I make a distinction in innocent life – the pre-born, the newborn – and unredeemed life – mass murderers, serial killers, terrorists – I would be willing to abandon my support for capital punishment in favor of life without parole if it meant no more research on “spare embryos,” no more abortion of fetuses.

While I find the views of Guibilini and Minerva repugnant, I also believe they have performed a service: For their ethical and intellectual defense of so-called after-birth abortion is not far off from those who support pre-birth abortion.

While abortion-rights advocates acknowledge the human origin of fetuses and embryos, they maintain that the pre-born have no right to life. The Austrialian bio-ethicists acknowledge the humanity of the newborns, but they similarly claim that newborns have no right to life.

So, it stands to reason, if post-birth abortion is murder, as even those who consider themselves “pro-choice” agree, then pre-birth abortion must also be murder.
